RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Return

• For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. 
• Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If the colour runs due to this reason, the item/s is strictly not returnable.
• Beauty Products, Nubra, and lingerie are not returnable. 
• SALE products are not returnable. (Except product damage during received)
• BEST BUY products are not returnable. (Except product damage during received)
• For return orders, you need to bear the return shipping fee.

• Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 2 business days.

• All the return(s) will be refunded to store credit. We are unable to provide a refund in cash.
